The health of your family is important to us, which is why we have a team of Private Consultant Paediatricians who offer outpatient appointments and assessments for children up to 16 years of age.

Where subsequent treatment is required, the consultant will discuss this further with you. Treatment may be carried out elsewhere as Albyn Hospital does not offer surgery to children under 16 years of age.

We run a private GP clinic and have skilled GPs and nurses who will provide advice about health, vaccines, travel and where necessary onward referral to our Consultants.

With the help of our friendly helpful nurses we strive to provide a comforting setting and a caring pathway, reducing fears and anxieties for children and parents alike.

A GP referral to an appropriate consultant is essential. Insured patients are advised to contact their insurance company before arranging any treatment.

We have highly skilled musculoskeletal Chartered Physiotherapists who will treat children from the age of 10 upwards. We will undertake a comprehensive assessment to identify the individual problem and develop a treatment plan including exercise, soft tissue massage, orthotics, taping, splinting and return to sport rehabilitation
