Future-first robotic technology at The Park Hospital

We have invested in state-of-the-art robotic technology, helping our consultants perform robotic-assisted surgery across many specialist areas of medicine, including women’s health, joint health, and cancer care.

Setting the standard as the most widely used multiport robotic surgery system in the world, our da Vinci robot redefines several aspects of traditional surgery. It offers a vast range of benefits, including imaging, navigation, and precision and technique. This allows your consultant to perform your surgery with even more accuracy and control, significantly speeding up your recovery time. A faster recovery time means a shorter stay in hospital and a swifter return to the comfort of your own home and everyday routine.

If the appearance of scarring after surgery concerns you, robotic technology is here to eliminate this anxiety and protect your emotional wellbeing while you recover. Our investment in advanced robotic technology helps consultants perform procedures with much smaller incisions than traditional surgery. This minimally invasive technique can cause less damage to surrounding tissue and nerves, which significantly reduces the appearance of scarring.

Our robotics at The Park include a da Vinci robot, Stealth Navigation system, and 3D mitral valve surgery. The technology combines the unparalleled expertise and skill of leading consultants with world-class technical excellence.
