Financing your healthcare

Circle Health Group offers a variety of payment options to accommodate your financial situation.

This includes using private health insurance, paying for yourself in one lump sum or taking out a payment plan to pay in instalments.

Overview of payment options

  • Medical insurance

For those with private medical insurance, we work directly with insurers to streamline the payment process.

    Paying for yourself

Self-pay is when you pay for private healthcare without insurance, using your own money. You might also hear it referred to as paying for yourself, self-funding, or pay-as-you-go private healthcare.

  • Payment plans

We offer fixed term loans to help people pay for themselves but who don’t have all of the money right now. This helps them access private healthcare without the wait.

  • Ways to reduce future healthcare costs

We offer a MyWay health subscription, which is a health plan to cover any consultations or diagnostic tests you need going forward.

Financing your healthcare

There are two ways to pay for private healthcare with Circle Health Group: you can pay for your own treatment (also called self-pay), or you can use your private medical insurance.

In this video, you’ll find more information on both ways of paying for treatment, and a section explaining private healthcare costs at Circle Health Group.

  • Navigating private medical insurance

Whether you have a personal insurance plan or one through your employer, you can use your private health insurance to pay for treatment at any Circle Health Group hospital.

We work with all major providers, and medical insurance pays for thousands of procedures each year across our hospitals. It's important to check with your insurer about coverage and pre-authorisation requirements.

Using private medical insurance for your treatment is easy with Circle Health Group. Having a good understanding of your policy's benefits and limitations can help maximise your coverage while minimising out-of-pocket expenses.

Start by verifying your coverage and any pre-authorisation needed for treatment. We can liaise with insurers to ensure claims are processed smoothly, keeping you informed every step of the way.

How to use private health insurance
  • Going private without health insurance

This is where 'self-pay' options come into play. Self-pay can be an ideal solution for treatments not covered by insurance or for those seeking quick access to healthcare services.

Self-pay allows you to access a wide range of treatments and services at Circle Health Group without the need for insurance.

We offer clear pricing and payment plans, making it easier to budget for your healthcare.

  • What is self-pay?

Self-pay is when you pay for your own private healthcare. It’s a pay-as-you-go approach to healthcare, where you pay for what you need, when you need it.

We offer competitive pricing for self-pay patients, along with detailed quotes so you understand all of the costs involved. We also provide guidance on payment plans and financing options, making private healthcare accessible for those who choose to pay for their treatment themselves.

Our dedicated team is here to help you navigate these options, ensuring you can access the care you need without financial worry.

  • Payment plans

Circle Health Group offers flexible payment plans through Chrysalis Finance, allowing patients to spread the cost of private healthcare over a period of up to five years.

These plans make treatments more affordable by enabling monthly instalments, including interest-free options for shorter terms, helping patients manage their healthcare expenses more easily.
