Laser Eye Surgery is a common procedure for patients who rely on glasses and/or contact lenses. It can be done in 2 forms, LASIK and LASEK.

LASIK (laser assisted in situ keratomileusis) - Performed using 2 lasers: one (femtosecond laser) to prepare a thin protective layer (the LASIK flap), which is lifted up before a second (excimer laser) removes a lens shaped piece of tissue to reshape the cornea beneath. The protective layer is then smoothed back and sticks in place and without stitches.
LASEK (laser assisted epithelial keratomileusis) – Using the same excimer lasers to perform an identical removal of a lens shaped piece of tissue immediately beneath the clear skin layer of the cornea. The clear skin layer regrows over a period of about a week, then smooths off optically to complete the visual recovery.

All diagnostic assessments and initial consultations with our Optometrists and Consultants for laser eye surgery are free of charge. The cost of your surgery will depend on the type of laser treatment recommended by your consultant.

Our costs include all surgery fees and aftercare appointments with our Consultant Ophthalmologists and Optometrists. We provide fixed term monthly payment plans over 10 - 60 months with no deposit required. If you decide to pay over 10 months, you will pay interest free. If you are paying for a longer period, you pay 14.9% APR.
