At Circle Health Group, you can access treatment in three ways:

By paying for your own treatment

Many people choose to pay for their own treatment in order to skip waiting lists and avoid the possibility of delays and cancellations.

All of our hospitals offer competitive prices and fixed-price packages for our self-funding patients, and we include aftercare in the cost so you’ll be supported during your recovery.

Using your private medical insurance

Many of the treatments we offer at Circle Health Group are covered by private health insurance, and we work with all major UK providers as well as a wide range of international companies.

With a referral from the NHS

If your GP refers you to see a specialist, you can now choose to have your NHS treatment at one of our private hospitals.

It's a simple process and your legal right, so if it's not offered at the point of referral, you should discuss the options available to you with your GP or the GP practice staff.

It's normal to feel nervous or apprehensive about any visit to a hospital, but you needn't worry. We will make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. We've put together this guide that shows you exactly what to expect from your visit to our hospital.

Of course, we are always here to answer any further questions you might have, however big or small. It's so important to us that you feel safe, informed and in control at all times.

Your consultant will let you know whether you need a follow-up appointment at your initial consultation. Follow-up appointments are very common and can be for many reasons – you may need one to collect test results or have more testing to get to the bottom of your concern. There are three simple ways you can book your follow-up appointment with us. These are:

1. Book in hospital

Book your follow-up appointment there and then in hospital with one of our friendly receptionists, advisors, or your consultant’s medical secretary.

2. Book through live chat

We have a 24/7 live chat feature on our website. All you have to do is type your name and query into the chat, and you’ll be instantly directed to one of our advisors. They will book your follow-up appointment at a time and place that suits you, making sure you have all the information you need at your fingertips.

3. Book through our National Enquiry Centre

You can call our enquiry centre directly on 0141 300 5009 to book your follow-up appointment. You’ll be directed to a member of our team who can make your follow-up appointment over the phone, also ensuring you have all the information you need ahead of your appointment.

Whatever way works for you, a member of our team will always be there to arrange your follow-up appointment at a time and place that works for you. They will ensure you have everything you need, making the process fast and seamless, so you can focus on what really matters — you.

If you are paying for your own treatment, you can take advantage of one of our flexible payment options. Rather than paying all in one go, these allow you to spread the cost of your treatment over a period of one to five years. Often payments are interest free for the first 10 months.
