Embassy patients

We treat patients from all foreign embassies and government ministries, in particular from the Middle East and North Africa.

If you want to access treatment with Circle Health Group via embassy sponsorship, please call our Embassy Appointment Line.

The Embassy Appointment Line is an exclusive, centralised appointment service based in London. Our specialist team can book you in directly as an inpatient or outpatient with any of our 7,000 Consultant Specialists. For those requiring immediate ‘critical care’, they can also book directly into one of our intensive care units (ICU).

You can call our international team on the Embassy Appointment Line Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm.

Outside of these hours, our international team can be contacted via video appointments. Video appointments are also available from Monday to Friday from 8pm to 8am, and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm.

If you choose treatment at one of our hospitals as an embassy patient, you will benefit from the following services:

  • Personalised treatment plans, built around you
  • Consultant-led care by the same expert team from start to finish
  • Free meals for your relatives (the embassy will not charge for this)
  • Free airport pickup and drop-off
  • Help with booking your accommodation and appointments
  • Interpreter services to support you throughout your treatment with us
  • Regular updates to your sponsor embassy

Our team are here to help and support you from the moment you contact us – no matter if you’re still in your home country. We will continue to assist and support you even after you have finished your treatment and have returned to your home country.

Your embassy sponsor will also be kept up to date with your medical reports (if you have consented to this), which can help avoid delays to your treatment.

In some instances, we will require an up-to-date medical report with details of your present condition, your recent medical history, a provisional diagnosis and the treatment or investigations it’s expected you’ll need.

The medical report must:

  • Clearly identify you/the patient
  • Be less than one month old
  • Be written in English
