We work with most major global private medical insurers, assistance companies and other third parties including Cigna Global, Bupa Global, AXA Global, Allianz Worldwide Care Limited, International SOS and United Healthcare. Together we help patients with international private medical insurance access expert healthcare in the UK.

If you would like to receive treatment at one of our hospitals, check we are in your insurers network. If we do not work with your insurer and they are not listed below in our Insurers contact details section, our team will speak to you about alternative options.

Alternatively, if you decide to contact our national enquiry centre (NEC) through the number at the top of our website. They will be able to assist you in booking an appointment and arranging your care.

Before booking your consultation, The NEC team or our international team will ask you to share your insurance details and your letter of guarantee or authorisation from your insurer. If you do not have this please contact your insurer to arrange this and make sure you take this to your appointment to give to the hospital also.

When booking your consultation, you will have the opportunity to choose between our 50+ hospitals across the UK. Whichever one you choose, you’ll get fast access to high-quality care from our specialists.

If you choose treatment at one of our hospitals, our international team will work with your insurer to provide the following services:

• We'll arrange an appointment with a GP/family doctor or allied health professional (if needed)
• You'll get the choice from over 50 hospitals in our group
• We'll book your appointment with an appropriate specialist Consultant (you can choose your specialist, if you prefer)
• We arrange your hospital admission
• Our team assists with the pre-authorisation process
• We liaise with Consultants regarding billing and any other issues
• We offer bespoke case management for complex, high acuity admissions via a dedicated 'case manager' contact (for patients who are acutely ill or at risk of their health deteriorating)
• You'l benefit from complementary interpretation during consultations, should you need it

We assign a dedicated case manager to more complex, high acuity admissions. This refers to patients who are acutely ill or are at risk of experiencing deteriorating health.

As well as providing interpretation services and working with your insurer to share required documentation, we may be able to offer additional support by helping you book your accommodation and arranging any local travel.
