  • Pelvic health rehabilitation: Pelvic health physiotherapists are specially trained to assess and treat a range of conditions such as incontinence and urgency of the bladder or bowel, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, recovery after surgery, problems during or after pregnancy, menopause symptoms and pelvic organ prolapse

The purpose-built gymnasium at our hospital allows our physiotherapists to work in the most effective way possible with you. Your physio will work alongside you to develop a personalised exercise programme which is tailored to your specific needs, and they will provide expert advice on how to utilise the gym equipment to maximise your recovery. Exercise is a crucial aspect of physiotherapy as it serves to improve mobility, muscle strength, and general fitness, as well as building core stability and reducing symptoms.
