Went to Chaucer Hospital for Cataract surgery. Staff were very reassuring; Dr Patel explained the procedure. It took 10mins, staff were kind and reassuring. Had coffee and biscuits, then home. If you’re scheduled for this operation, there's no need to worry. Definitely 5 star service.

My pre-op assessment, I was seen by Kate who explained what to expect on my day of operation and was very informative and helpful. I was then greeted by Clare who did my blood test and other tests and did a brilliant job and was very nice. My visit on this occasion was very comfortable and nice.
