He provides diagnostic and complex hysteroscopic surgery both under local and general anaesthetic.

He is Director of the BSGE-accredited Endometriosis Centre at the Runnymede hospital in the private sector at Surrey, where he leads a multi-disciplinary team of specialists with several years experience in managing severe endometriosis. Mr Minas is Lead Endometriosis Surgeon at his NHS base, the Centre for Endometriosis and Minimally Invasive Gynaecology (CEMIG) at St. Peter's Hospital in Surrey, one of the largest and most historic Endometriosis Centres in the United Kingdom. He has served for 3 years as College Tutor for the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists at Ashford & St. Peter's NHS Hospitals, where he was awarded for his contribution to the training and development of young gynaecologists. During those years he was responsible for overseeing and regulating the training of more than 100 trainee doctors who came through the department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Ashford & St. Peter’s hospitals. Mr Minas offers a holistic approach to his patients, taking into account the effect of their condition on their overall quality of personal and professional lives and family plans.
