Mr Winterton graduated with MBBS (Merit) from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in 2000. His basic surgical training was undertaken in Yorkshire, and he was appointed to the prestigious Leeds/Manchester plastic surgery training scheme in 2006. During his registrar years, he also completed an MPhil research degree in Regenerative Medicine at the University of Manchester.
After completion of his registrar training, Mr Winterton spent a further 2 years undertaking advanced training in Microsurgical and Paediatric Hand Surgery in Leeds, and General and Cosmetic Plastic Surgery in Adelaide, Australia. He now practices as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon across Manchester, treating adults and children with a wide variety of problems.
Mr Winterton offers all aspects of aesthetic surgery, including surgical rejuvenation of the face, neck and eyes, breast surgery and body contouring. He also has an interest in non-surgical rejuvenation of the face, including injection treatments.
