About Mr Ravi Pydisetty

Personal Profile

Mr Ravi Pydisetty has worked at Mersey & West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals since 2008, qualifying from Andhra University, India 1991. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and MCh (Orth) from Liverpool.

Mr Pydisetty’s elective surgery work includes hip and knee joint replacements, arthroscopic surgery of the knee including meniscal repairs and reconstruction, ACL, PCL and multi ligament reconstructions, articular cartilage resurfacing, partial and total knee joint replacement, personalised patient specific knee replacement using the Depuy Trumatch, Oxford Signature systems and ConforMIS. 

Mr Pydisetty is regional clinical co-ordinator for the National Joint Registry, Advancing Quality Northwest (AQuA) and National Hip Fracture Data Base. He is also an Examiner for FRCS Orth & EBOT(European Board of Orthopaedics & Trauma).
