When you come to clinic

Dr Hyland will take the time to fully evaluate your symptoms and how they are impacting your life. She will carefully assess your movement patterns, looking for any restrictions or imbalances that may be affecting other areas of your body and contributing to the issue. Depending on your case, she may conduct an ultrasound examination to aid in diagnosis and guide your treatment plan. Additional diagnostic tests, such as MRI, X-ray, or blood tests, may also be necessary.

In some cases, an ultrasound-guided injection may be recommended to manage symptoms or help jump-start your recovery. If required, Dr Hyland will perform this procedure promptly during your next appointment.

To support your rehabilitation, she may also collaborate with other specialists, including physiotherapists, podiatrists, occupational therapists or strength and conditioning coaches.
