Personal Profile

Mr Karim Kassam has extensive  training in the specialty of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in UK and Europe. 

He completed his UK training on the North East Thames Rotation in internationally renowned units including The Royal London Hospital, Great Ormond Street and University College London Hospital. 

In addition, Mr Kassam has completed a Rhinoplasty (nose reshaping) and Facial Plastic Surgery fellowship  in Rome, Italy. 

Mr Kassam is a fully private Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon treating the full scope of general Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery with a specialist interest in facial cosmetic surgery, head & neck oncology, facial skin cancers and salivary gland disease. He also assists the NHS as a locum Oral & Maxillofacial Consultant at Worcestershire NHS Trusts. 

Additionally, Mr Kassam has further specialist interest in the the treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Disorders and is one of the few surgeons in the UK trained in TMJ arthroscopy (keyhole) surgery and TMJ replacement (Jaw Joint Replacement). 

Mr Kassam offers all routine and complex Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to paediatric and adult patients and is also fully trained in non-surgical and cosmetic facial surgery including face lifting, fat grafting for volume restoration,  face & neck liposuction, neck lifting, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty and brow lifting.
