Mr Humayun Ayub Khan has been in working in Plastic Surgery for 20 years. He trained in Plastic Surgery in St. Andrews Hospital Broomfield, Royal Preston Hospital and St. James Hospital Dublin.
Mr Ayub has been a Consultant in Plastic Surgery for 12 years, and has also trained in General Surgery. He was a consultant in General Surgery for five years in Pakistan and brings a wealth of experience to his work, having worked and trained in a wide variety of surgical specialties such as thyroid surgery, paediatric surgery, urology, burns and war zone surgery on the Afghan Pakistan Border in Peshawar.
He has specialist qualifications in General Surgery (FRCS), Plastic Surgery (FRCS Plast) and a masters in Aesthetic Surgery (MSc Aesth). He is on the GMC and Irish Specialist Register for Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery.

Mr Ayub Khan has been a supervisor trainer in General Surgery and is an educational and clinical supervisor and education lead for surgical trainees in Plastic Surgery.
His NHS practice comprises all general plastic surgery including skin cancer and scar revisions. He performs burns and plastic reconstructive surgery in adults and children, and he is a core member of the South Manchester skin cancer multidisciplinary team which discusses management details of most of the skin cancer surgery performed in the south Manchester area.
