Knee Surgery in Lincoln

If you're dealing with persistent knee pain that's affecting your normal activities, then knee surgery may be an appropriate option. We offer a range of treatments, including knee replacement surgery, knee arthroscopy and ACL reconstruction surgery, to help you get back on track.

Knee Replacement

If you decide to have knee replacement surgery, your consultant surgeon will remove the damaged surface of the knee and replace it with an artificial joint. The aim of this surgery is to restore function, improve mobility and reduce pain.

ACL Treatment

If you've torn or ruptured your anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), then ACL reconstruction surgery may be needed. Successful surgery will result in the knee feeling more stable and it should no longer give way.

Private Hip Surgery

Living with a painful hip can make daily life difficult. If your hip pain is severe then appropriate treatment, such as hip replacement surgery or hip arthroscopy, might be the answer. We'll do what we can to help you get back to normal activities as quickly as possible.

Hip Replacement

Hip replacement surgery involves removing the deteriorated hip and replacing it with an artificial joint. Not only can this surgery reduce the pain you feel, but it can increase mobility and improve function.

Booking an appointment

It is essential to obtain a referral from a GP or consultant prior to booking your appointment with a private orthopaedic consultant even if you are insured or paying for your own treatment. If you have private medical insurance, then please make sure you contact your insurer before arranging your consultation.

All patients are welcome, whether you choose to pay for your treatment yourself or by using your private medical insurance. We arrange direct settlement with insurance companies, but you should ensure to pre-check their level of cover to avoid extra charges.

If you are paying for your treatment yourself, we have flexible payment options available.
