Patient Feedback
Mr Shenava’s professionalism and vast knowledge as a Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon is represented through the feedback he receives.
"My left hip replacement was successful: I can now walk over 3+ miles without pain and without the aid of a stick, which I could not do before. The standard of care was excellent at every stage. Mr Shenava thoroughly explained X-rays and procedures during the initial consultations with Circle Health Group. The accommodation and food at the hospital were excellent. The staff were wonderful: a delightful anaesthetist who completely reassured me, along with the nurses, physiotherapist, and ancillary staff who always had time to stop and chat as well as provide excellent care. Mr Shenava visited after surgery to check that all was well, and his feedback and advice were much appreciated. My recovery was completely straightforward and relatively pain-free. Three check-ups with Mr Shenava, which included X-rays, gave me confidence that all was progressing well. At 7 weeks, I was able to travel to Egypt and enjoy visiting temples and pyramids, negotiating some fairly uneven terrain (although I did decline the camel and balloon rides). The physiotherapy provided by CHG was first-class. The physiotherapist not only demonstrated exercises for my hip but also gave advice on exercises for my upper arm and back."

"Mr Shenava not only looked after my hip but referred me for an MRI scan as I was experiencing some pain in the backs of my legs which he thought might be due to some degeneration in my spine, as proved to be the case. I am extremely grateful for his care and skill and his kindness in taking the time to explain and answer my questions at every stage."
