Dr Vish Hegde (MBBS) qualified in medicine at Bangalore Medical College in 1992, and completed post-graduate training in Manipal, attaining an MD in general medicine. He then specialised further after completion of his higher speciality training in neurology (MD) at KEM Hospital, Mumbai in 1996. Along the course of his training, he embarked upon research focusing on autonomic dysfunction in Guillain-Barré Syndrome. He underwent further higher speciality training in Neurology and Neurophysiology at the Leeds Deanery and the Royal Preston Hospital.
Dr Hegde has produced multiple publications, as part of research from his extensive clinical practice after serving in his field for many years.
Dr Hegde has previously served as a clinical lecturer in Neurology at the KEM Hospital, Mumbai University. Dr Hegde continues to work as a Consultant Neurophysiologist & Neurologist at the University Hospitals of Coventry & Warwickshire.
