Dr.Shetty completed her medical education at Mysore University, India and then worked as a Physician at Apollo hospitals, Chennai in India followed by GPVTS training in Croydon GP training programme. Dr. Shetty is multi-linguistic with fluency in 8 languages and brings a global perspective to her practice, enriching the care she provides to her patients at Birdhurst Medical Practice, South Croydon.
With over a decade of experience as a GP Principal, Dr. Shetty has demonstrated exemplary leadership and management skills. She has led her practice to collaborate effectively with the Primary Care Network (PCN) team, facilitating the delivery of holistic care to a diverse patient population. Dr. Shetty's proactive approach has resulted in positive patient feedback and the attainment of high QOF targets, showcasing her commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery.
Dr. Shetty's clinical expertise spans a wide range of areas, including chronic disease management, mental health care, and end-of-life support.
