About Dr Usha Sharma

Personal Profile

Dr Sharma has been a General Practitioner since 1990. She graduated from Kings College Hospital, London in 1984 and became a full time GP in 1990.

After working solely in the NHS until 1998, Dr Sharma started her own private practice within The Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor. Dr Sharma was the first to take Private General Practice into a Circle Health Group Hospital and continued to work in both the NHS & Privately until 2012. Dr Sharma can see and consult on children of all ages.

In 2012 Dr Sharma made the decision to go solely private, reason being able to focus more on her patients, more time to treat and make diagnoses. Feeling very strongly about the well-being and ease for patients Dr Sharma now consults out of Princess Margaret Hospital 6 days a week, ensuring between herself and Dr Wheeler there is always a GP available here.
