Tristanne qualified from King's College London in 1997 with a Bsc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and worked initially in the NHS before moving into private practice.  Tristanne has been the Physiotherapy Manager at Shirley Oaks since 2015 and still works clinically in both out-patients and on the ward.

Tristanne specialises in musculoskeletal out-patients with special interest in post operative rehabilitation for orthopaedic patients.  Tristanne also treats neck and back pain, sports related injuries and uses exercise based treatments in conjunction with acupuncture to manage pain and help improve function.

Tristanne works closely with orthopaedic, rheumatological and neurosurgical consultants which helps to manage patients treatment pathways and expedite referral to other services within the hospital if required.
