Tom holds a BSc in Sports Science & Coaching from Nottingham Trent University (2013), where he developed a solid foundation in the principles of sports performance and coaching. He further advanced his expertise with a MSc in Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine (2:1 Honours) from the University of Bradford (2021), equipping him with the skills necessary for injury management and rehabilitation.
Tom's academic foundation provides him with a great understanding of the physical demands of various sports and the science behind, injury management, and rehabilitation. An avid sports enthusiast, Tom’s interests span across golf, marathon running, tennis, and football. His hands-on experience enriches his ability to tailor training and recovery programs that are both effective and sustainable.
With the Gaitscan diagnostic tool, Tom can precisely assess walking and running mechanics, identifying any biomechanical issues that may contribute to pain or hinder performance. Additionally, Tom uses Radial Shockwave Therapy, a non-invasive treatment that stimulates healing and alleviates pain by delivering acoustic waves to target musculoskeletal issues.
