About Mrs Tejal Mistry Sojitra

Personal Profile

Tejal, a graduate of University of Teesside in 2007, has had a fruitful career working in the NHS and private practise in the city. She has gained a broad range of experience in the NHS and subsequently specialised in neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Tejal is also an APPI Pilates instructor; hence this combined approach can support returning to sport and normal activities after injury or rehabilitation from surgery.
