About Mr Sunil Bajaj

Personal Profile

Mr Bajaj completed his orthopaedic training in London (Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital South East Orthopaedic Training Programme). He also undertook paediatric orthopaedic fellowships at Sheffield Children Hospital and Royal National Hospital in Stanmore. He has also been a travelling foot and ankle fellow in Switzerland and the Netherlands.

His special interests include bunion surgery, forefoot reconstruction for rheumatoid, failed bunion surgery, Morton’s neuroma, surgery for arthritis of foot and ankle, ankle arthroscopy, ankle replacement, sports injury to foot and ankle, ankle ligament repair, tendon disorders around foot and ankle (tibialis posterior, peroneal tendons, achilles tendon) and plantar fasciitis.

He is a member of British Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (BOFAS) and British Society for Childrens Orthopaedic Surgery (BSCOS).

Mr Bajaj has written textbook chapters, some of which feature in prominent orthopaedic textbooks, such as Mercer’s textbook of Orthopaedics. He is a very keen teacher and has been invited as faculty to many popular orthopaedic training courses.
