About Mr Steven Lewis
Personal Profile
Mr Lewis is a highly experienced Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon who undertakes the full range of general ENT care. His main clinical practice is based at Droitwich Spa Hospital. He also works within the NHS at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, where he has been a Consultant since 2010.
He manages a wide range of ENT conditions in both adults and children, including tonsillitis, nasal obstruction, rhinitis, sinusitis, hearing loss, tinnitus, balance disorders, ear infections, and excessive ear wax. He also assesses and treats patients with hoarseness of voice and swallowing difficulties, providing thorough diagnostic evaluation and tailored treatment plans.
Mr Lewis studied medicine at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals Medical School in the 1990s before moving to the West Midlands to complete his higher surgical training in ENT. This provided him with broad experience across all aspects of otolaryngology, supporting his development into a senior specialist.
He currently serves as Clinical Director for ENT services across Worcestershire, playing a key leadership role in developing and improving ENT services within the region. In this position, he oversees service delivery, clinical governance, and pathway development to ensure high standards of patient care.
Through his combined NHS and private practice, including his work at Droitwich Spa Hospital, Mr Lewis provides expert ENT assessment and treatment, offering patients timely diagnosis, effective management, and continuity of care across a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
