Mr Simon Hargreaves is a Consultant Otolaryngologist at Beaumont Hospital in Bolton.

He offers consultations and surgical treatment for all aspects of ENT, with a special interest in thyroid surgery.

He qualified from The University of Birmingham Medical School in 1985 and gained considerable experience in a range of different medical fields. He then joined The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Birmingham Children’s Hospital in 1993. There, he developed his interested in ENT (ear, nose and throat) and head and neck surgery, and has continued to specialise in this field.

In 2000, Mr Hargreaves was appointed Consultant in Otolaryngology (ENT) and Head and Neck Surgery at The Royal Bolton Hospital.

He is a dedicated teacher and continues to teach the junior staff at The Royal Bolton Hospital and is involved in various regional and national organisations.

Outside of work, Mr Hargreaves spends time with his family. He enjoys the outdoors; cycling, walking and skiing, as well as listening to his music!
