The Hospital has 20 individual day case, inpatient and ambulatory care rooms, providing privacy, comfort and support, and maintained to a level of cleanliness appropriate to the needs of post-operative patients.

By Road

It is conveniently located off Chorley New Road, the A673, close to junctions 5 and 6 on the M61. 

If leaving the M61 at junction 5 follow signs to Bolton. At the first set of traffic lights (Shell garage on left) turn left, at the third set of traffic lights filter left onto Chorley New Road. After approximately half a mile Beaumont Hospital is signposted (on the left side of the road) and you turn right into Old Hall Clough and continue up the hill to the entrance.
If leaving the M61 at junction 6 (Bolton Wanderers Stadium Exit) head towards Horwich until reaching the Beehive roundabout. Turn right (the second exit) and continue for approximately one mile on Chorley New Road towards Bolton. The hospital is signposted left into Old Hall Clough and continue up the hill to the entrance.                                                                           

By Rail

The closest station is Lostock.  The hospital is a 15 minute (uphill) walk, or a short taxi ride from the station.

By Bus

From Horwich direction the closest stop is Regents Road.
From Bolton direction the closest stop is Birksdale Way.
Both stop are 5 minutes walk from the hospital, walking uphill on Old Hall Clough.
The 575 Bee Network bus that runs between Bolton Interchange and Wigan serves both stops.
