Dr Sarah Saqib is a Consultant Gynaecologist in Calderdale and Huddersfield who specialises in general gynaecology, menstrual disorders, menopause, polycystic ovaries, fibroid management, pelvic pain and ovarian cysts. She works for Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust as a Consultant and practices privately at Huddersfield Private Hospital.  

Dr Saqib has done her graduation from India, MRCOG from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, London and a Postgraduate certificate in Diagnostic Imaging from the University of Leeds. She is also the Regional Lead for ultrasound training and an MTI champion. She regularly participates in teaching and educational activities and is a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She was recently nominated for a national award for trainer of the year due to her caring nature and compassionate attitude towards her trainees.  

Outside of work, Dr Saqib is married to and a mum to two lovely daughters. She has an avid interest in gardening and baking. She is multilingual and can fluently speak Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi as well. She believes that learning is a continuous process and has recently enrolled for a management diploma from the University of Huddersfield alongside her busy clinical schedule.
