Mr Sinha is currently the National Joint Registry (NJR) and PROMS lead for the Trauma and Orthopaedics Department at North Middlesex University Hospital. He is also a member of the NJR regional clinical coordinators subcommittee for the London and Essex.
Mr Sinha has widely published & presented in orthopaedic journals and meetings. He is a keen teacher and regularly teaches for FRCS (Orth) exam and is also a regular examiner for MRCS exam. He has also worked as sports injury doctor at the World Cup Cricket Championship, Olympics and other world championships and holds a Diploma in Sports Medicine from International Olympic Committee (IOC).
