With a strong passion for body mechanics, she adopts an evidence-based approach to treatment, combining manual therapy and exercise prescription to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation and effective pain relief. As a trained dancer, she has a unique understanding of the physical demands on the body, which enhances her ability to work with artists, athletes, and performers. Her special interests include musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, as well as supporting dancers, musicians, and athletes in their recovery and performance goals. In addition, Sanjana is trained in pilates, further enhancing her holistic approach to care.
Sanjana has extensive experience working with neurological conditions, paediatrics, cardiovascular rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and individuals with learning disabilities. She has also worked as a physiotherapist at a professional football academy, where she developed successful rehabilitation programs, return-to-sport strategies, and injury prevention measures for young athletes aged 11 to 18.
Skilled in joint mobilisation, taping, instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM), and electrotherapy, Sanjana combines these techniques with targeted exercises to ensure the best possible outcomes for her patients. Her approach is centered on helping individuals achieve their personal goals—whether that’s returning to work, sport, or daily activities—with a focus on long-term recovery and overall well-being.
Sanjana can speak English, Hindi, Tamil Telugu, Kannada, and can understand Malayalam.
