About Ms Sally Watkinson

Personal Profile

Sally Watkinson graduated from University College London in 1997 and became a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in 2005. She has worked in several London teaching hospitals including St. Mary’s, Paddington; Guys & St. Thomas’ and Kings College Hospitals.

Ms Watkinson has published widely within the obstetrics & Gynaecology peer reviewed literature throughout her career, and presents her work nationally and internationally at medical conferences. She is the divisional director for education at Lewisham & Greenwich, and also works for Health Education England as the Lead Training Programme Director for South London.

Ms Watkinson is a general gynaecologist with a holistic approach to care. Her broad training within the field of obstetrics & gynaecology has enabled her to develop specialist interests within the field of women’s health.

Ms Watkinson offers a one-stop gynaecology outpatient service including specialist gynaecology ultrasound. She provides early pregnancy and emergency gynaecology scanning, clinical assessment and treatment. ‘Ms Watkinson is an accredited fetal medicine specialist and offers scanning and advice in this field. She performs a broad range of gynaecological surgical procedures, in particular, minimally invasive (keyhole) surgery.’
