Mr Hadi is a Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in Shoulder & Elbow Surgery. His practice focuses on Arthroscopic (Keyhole) and Arthroplasty (Joint Replacement) Surgery.

Training and Appointment

He was born, raised and educated in Yorkshire. He studied medicine at The University of Oxford. In addition to his medical degree he was also awarded a Bachelors Honours Degree and a Masters Degree.

He performed his postgraduate training in Yorkshire and has completed two Internationally renowned fellowships. The Sheffield Shoulder & Elbow Fellowship was followed by The Wrightington Shoulder & Elbow Fellowship under the tutelage of International leaders in upper limb surgery including Professor Ian Trail, Professor Len Funk and Professor Adam Watts.

Current Practice

Mr Hadi’s Elective NHS and private practice encompass all aspects of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery. He performs Arthroscopic (Keyhole) Surgery for all amenable Shoulder and Elbow pathologies. All Arthroscopic procedures are day-case procedures meaning patients go home the same day as surgery. Mr Hadi performs both Anatomic and Reverse Shoulder Replacements and has a keen interest in Revision Shoulder Replacement Surgery.

Academic Interests

Mr Hadi is passionate about teaching and training. He has been awarded Membership of the Faculty of Surgical Trainers of Edinburgh. He is a Clinical Tutor at the University of Central Lancashire. He has also been a Clinical Tutor at The University of Leeds and Hull York Medical School. He is a Royal College of Surgeons Advanced Trauma Life Support Instructor.

Mr Hadi has published and presented numerous Research articles both nationally and internally and is Reviewer for the Shoulder and Elbow Journal.
