Ms Ritu Rana is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, with her NHS Practice at Darent Valley Hospital. Her basic training in obstetrics and gynaecology has been from premiere institutes in India, and thereafter she completed her specialist training rotation in UK from East of England deanery.

Ms Rana has advanced training in gynaecological minimal invasive surgery from UK and was awarded prestigious BSGE Laparoscopic fellowship at France. In addition, she is accredited in managing fertility problems, early pregnancy problems, gynaecological scanning, fertility scans and colposcopy.

Ms Rana sees women with endometriosis, pelvic pain, fertility problems, menstrual disorders, fibroids, ovarian cysts, Perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms.  She does most of her surgeries by laparoscopic (key-hole route) and provides hysteroscopic and open surgeries as indicated. Ms Rana believes in holistic approach to long term women’s health.
