Mr Uppal was born in Hillingdon and went to medical school at the Royal Free Hospital in London.
He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). He is also a Full member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) and the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS). He was elected to Council for the National committee for BAAPS. He was Chair of BAAPS Support, the national organisation for plastic surgeons.
He has hundreds of happy patients who feel comfortable with his warm character and honest approach to their cosmetic surgery.
