Mr Tesha has been a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon in Lincoln in since 2009, focusing primarily on retinal disease.
Specialising in macular degeneration, he serves as the Lead Clinician for age-related macular degeneration treatment services in Lincolnshire. Mr Tesha has played a significant role in advancing eye services, resulting in improved quality of patient care.
He places a strong emphasis on delivering a high calibre, personalised service and continuously evaluates his outcomes, consistently exceeding national standards. Investing in advanced technology, Mr Tesha has acquired a state-of-the-art optical coherence tomography machine (OCT) which produces detailed scans of the eye. With almost 2 decades of experience in OCT, he is an expert in imaging and their interpretation, enabling earlier diagnosis for patients.
