Dr Spears is a local Principal Investigator for several multicentre commercial clinical trials in respiratory medicine, conducted via the Gannochy Research Suite at PRI. He is also the Chief Investigator on a project looking at mechanisms responsible for Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis.
