About Ms Kirsty Pitts

Personal Profile

Kirsty began her career in a running clinic, developing a strong foundation in training principles, and has continued to work closely with runners throughout her professional journey. She has supported teams including Renfrew Football Club and the Scotland Cerebral Palsy Football Team and has MSK experience working with antenatal and postnatal clients. In addition, Kirsty has orthopaedic physiotherapy experience, supporting patients through pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, including recovery following hip and knee replacements or ACL repairs.  

She has completed her APPI Pilates training to further enhance her clinical practice. As a former competitive swimmer and Half Ironman finisher, Kirsty brings an athlete’s perspective to her treatment approach, combining clinical expertise with real-world performance insight.
