Mr Gajjar is a consultant gynaecologist at Nottingham University Hospitals. He  sub-specialises in gynaecological cancer surgery (gynaecological oncology) and general gynaecology. Mr Gajjar received higher training in managing gynaecological cancers from Cambridge University Hospitals and worked there briefly as a consultant before moving to Nottingham.

Mr Gajjar has a keen interest in keyhole surgery in managing gynaecological cancers. His other interests are managing cervical cancer and pre-cancer including colposcopy. He also has a keen interest in multi-disciplinary management of advanced ovarian cancers. Mr Gajjar offers diagnostics services such as hysteroscopy for women with menstrual problems such as post-menopausal and peri-menopausal bleeding.
