Dr Kalu Ogbureke graduated as a doctor from University of Nigeria Nsukka, Nigeria in 1987. He had his Paediatric specialty training at King's College Hospital London, and Royal Hospital for Sick Children Bristol. He was appointed Consultant Paediatrician in 2002 and has since worked in that capacity for eighteen years in both the NHS and private sector. He is currently a consultant paediatrician at Frimley Park Hospital, Surrey.

He holds the following qualifications: Diploma in Child Health (DCH), Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP), Fellowship of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child health (FRCPCH), and master’s degree (MSc) in Health Management from the City University of London.

Dr Ogbureke, therefore, has vast amount of experience in the management of complex medical and social problems in paediatrics

His areas of specialist clinical interest include Paediatric Respiratory diseases, including childhood Asthma and chronic cough, Neonatology, feeding problems like milk intolerance, and gastroesophageal reflux disease in newborn infants, paediatric allergies, and infections. Dr Ogbureke is available to see children between 0-18 years.
