About Jahanzaib Iqbal

Personal Profile

Jahanzaib Iqbal qualified as a physiotherapist from Liaquat National School of Physiotherapy in 2016. After completing his undergraduate degree in Pakistan, he gained extensive clinical experience in both hospital and private practice settings, working across musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation. Keen to advance his clinical knowledge and practice, he later pursued a Master’s degree in Advanced Physiotherapy Practice at Glasgow Caledonian University, completing it in 2023.

Jahanzaib began his career from a private hospital in Pakistan, where he worked closely with patients recovering from orthopaedic and neurological conditions. He further expanded his experience where he collaborated with multidisciplinary teams and managed a varied caseload including post-surgical, stroke, and chronic pain patients. His approach to treatment was holistic and evidence-based, always aiming to tailor rehabilitation plans to the specific needs of each patient.

At IPRS Health in London, he was involved in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, ergonomic assessments, and workplace evaluations, integrating the Biopsychosocial Model into his practice. Currently, he is working as a Physiotherapist at Hampshire Clinic (Circle Health Group) in Basingstoke, where he treats patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. His caseload includes orthopaedic patients recovering from joint replacements and spinal surgeries, as well as those with general MSK and neurological conditions.

Outside of work, Jahanzaib enjoys staying active and exploring new places.
