Dr Fabris is a highly experienced Consultant Physician with over 20 years of practice in General and Acute Medicine. She provides expert, compassionate, and thorough medical care to adults with complex or unexplained symptoms.
She currently leads the Rapid Diagnostic Clinic at Kings College University Hospitals, part of the South East London Cancer Alliance. This specialist service assesses patients with persistent or non-specific symptoms where there may be concern about serious underlying illness, including cancer.
Her work in early cancer diagnosis was published in Future Oncology (2025), evaluating the real-world impact of Rapid Diagnostic Clinics across South East London (see publications list below).

Dr Fabris is known for her thoughtful, analytical approach combined with genuine compassion and clear communication. Her aim is always to ensure that patients leave their consultation feeling clearer, supported and confident about the next steps in their care.
Before leading the Rapid Diagnostic Clinic, Dr Fabris worked for 16 years as a Consultant in Acute Medicine, including serving as Clinical Lead and Clinical Governance Lead.
She was the first Acute Physician appointed at Princess Royal University Hospital and played a key role in developing and expanding the consultant-led service. Throughout her career, she has managed thousands of acute and complex cases across multiple specialties.

Over the last 3 years, Dr Fabris has made several presentations to local GPs in the Bromley and Bexley area to promote early cancer diagnosis in the community.

She holds full accreditation in transthoracic echocardiography from the British Society of Echocardiography and previously directed focused echocardiography training programmes in collaboration with the Resuscitation Council UK

Dr Fabris obtained an honours Degree in Medicine in Milan-Italy 1998. She completed her specialist training in General Internal Medicine in 2003 before moving to the UK in 2004. She has since worked as an General Medicine NHS Consultant for the last 22 years.
She is fully registered with the General Medical Council and holds a current licence to practise.
