Education and Training
Mr Gillett began his medical journey at Guy's and St. Thomas' Medical School, qualifying as a doctor in 1995. Following rigorous training in general surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, and A&E, he advanced to ENT specialties at leading institutions, including The Royal Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital. In 2008, he was appointed Consultant ENT Surgeon at Homerton NHS Foundation Trust and The Royal London Hospitals.

A committed educator, Mr Gillett has developed the ENT department at Homerton University Hospital, mentors trainees, and lectures extensively. He has published over 20 peer-reviewed articles in the field.
