Daniel Webster trained and qualified at University of Bristol Medical School. From there, Mr Webster completed his obstetrics and gynaecology training in the South West and Wessex regions. His main interests are helping women with period problems and pelvic pain. Mr Webster specialises in minimal access techniques including total laparoscopic hysterectomy and laparoscopic procedures for pelvic pain. He completed his training in January 2011 before embarking on a fellowship in minimal access surgery at Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.
He was appointed as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Poole Hospital in July 2011 and is currently the Clinical Director for maternity and gynaecology at Poole Hospital NHS Trust.
Mr Webster is experienced in managing most common gynaecological conditions including keyhole surgery, vaginal prolapse surgery and abdominal surgery. A skilled professional managing menstrual disorders and postmenopausal bleeding problems. Also diagnosing and treating chronic pelvic pain, general gynaecology and genital prolapse issues. Daniel also performs total laparoscopic hysterectomy, abdominal hysterectomy, vaginal hysterectomy, endometrial ablation, operative laparoscopy and prolapse repair.
