Mr White trained at Guy’s, King’s & St Thomas’ Medical School in London qualifying in 2002. He undertook his urology training in the Wessex Deanery and completed his MSc in Urology at the University of London. He was awarded the Urology Fellowship at The Alfred hospital in Melbourne Australia where he spent a year gaining additional experience in general urology and endourological techniques.

He was appointed as a consultant urological surgeon at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in 2013. Since then he has continued to develop his practice to incorporate new techniques with evolving technology so that he is able to provide an up to date and exemplary service to his patients.

Christopher also holds an honorary consultant urologist post at University Hospital of Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.

As well as continually developing his own clinical practice, Christopher is keen on training the next generation of surgeons and sits on both national training interview selection panels as well as the Wessex Deanery Urology Specialist Training Committee.

Mr White provides a comprehensive general urological service at Sarum Road Hospital in Winchester which includes the investigation of urinary tract symptoms, urinary tract infection, blood in the urine (haematuria), prostate disease (benign and malignant), bladder dysfunction and vasectomy.

His specialist interest is in the surgical (including ureteroscopy) and non-surgical management of urinary tract stone disease.
