Clinical Interests

Clinical Interests

Dr Steadman specializes in all aspects of General Cardiology but has a particular interest in advanced cardiovascular imaging including cardiac CT (CT coronary angiography), and cardiac MRI. He is one of the few Consultants in the UK who has Level 3 Accreditation (the highest level) in both cardiac CT and cardiac MRI. He also performs advanced echocardiography (including transthoracic, stress and transoesophageal echocardiography). He is therefore ideally placed to investigate and diagnose possible cardiac symptoms including chest pain, breathlessness, palpitations, dizzy spells and blackouts, or simply to provide a cardiovascular health check.
