Personal Profile

Mr Ferris qualified from the Westminster Medical School in 1977. After conducting research at Northwick Park Hospital and the Kennedy Institute, he held a position of Senior Registrar at Westminster, University College, Whittington and Royal National Orthopaedic Hospitals. He was also Arris and Gale Lecturer at the Royal College of Surgeons, Robert Jones Gold Medallist and Association prize.

Mr Ferris is a former president of the Orthopaedic section of the Royal Society of Medicine and past member of council of British Orthopaedic Association.

Currently Regional Speciality Professional Advisor in orthopaedics North East Thames. Past co Training program director at Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. His hobbies include squash and flying remote controlled aircraft.
