About Ms Alison Willis

Personal Profile

Alison studied Physiotherapy at Coventry University and has over 20 year’s musculoskeletal experience treating a wide variety of patients.

She previously worked at Lewisham Hospital working on Orthopaedic wards, Out patients and in MSK Clinics, working with consultants and GP's. As a Senior Physiotherapist Alison joined The Sloane Hospital where she treats a diverse range of patients using a variety of treatment techniques including, manual therapy, rehabilitation exercise programs in combination with patient education and functional rehabilitation, myofascial release, electrotherapy Shockwave therapy (ESWT) and Gait Analysis.

Alison has completed her APPI Pilates training and leads the Mat work Pilates and 3D standing Pilates classes that run on a weekly basis. The classes aim to build flexibility, core strength, and balance and achieve better posture, or simply to just move more and move better. Alison is passionate about having the tools to manage patients' conditions using patient centred approach. Their treatment sessions are tailor made to their specific needs using a mix of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation.

In her free time Alison enjoys Pilates, yoga, playing tennis, outdoor recreational activities and travel.
