In addition to her physiotherapy training, Alison is a fully qualified APPI Pilates Instructor (Matwork Levels 1-3), integrating the benefits of Pilates into her rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility. Alison also offers Radial Shockwave Therapy.

Alison’s holistic treatment philosophy is at the core of her approach. She takes the time to truly understand the unique needs and challenges of each individual. Her commitment to client-centered care empowers her patients through education, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation strategies that promote sustained health outcomes.

Alison believes in fostering strong patient-therapist relationships built on trust and open communication, where patients feel confident in their ability to take charge of their own health.
