During your stay at Circle Rehabilitation, you can expect a comprehensive and personalised approach to your rehabilitation journey. From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to providing you with the highest level of care and support. Our staff will be by your side every step of the way. 

After receiving your admission date, it's time to prepare for your stay at Circle Rehabilitation. So, what do you need to know…

On your arrival

Upon arrival at Circle Rehabilitation, you'll be greeted by staff who will give you and your family a tour of the facility. In your room, you'll find all the essentials to make your stay comfortable: 

  • Furniture: Your room will be equipped with a wardrobe to store your clothing and personal items, a table for various activities, a bedside locker for easy access to essentials, and a profiling (adjustable) bed for comfort and support during your stay. 
  • Ensuite wet room: Each bedroom includes an ensuite wet room for your convenience and privacy. This allows you to maintain your personal hygiene with ease. 
  • Entertainment: Free WiFi and a TV will be provided in your room for entertainment during your downtime. Whether you want to catch up on your favourite shows or relax with a movie, you'll have access to entertainment options. 
  • Towels: Towels will be provided for your room, ensuring you have everything you need for personal hygiene and comfort. 
  • Forgotten items: If you forget any essential items, don't worry. Circle Rehabilitation can arrange for them to be brought by a friend or relative, or they can assist you in purchasing anything you need from nearby shops.
  • What you can bring

    Below is a list of what to bring with you: 

    • Comfortable clothes you can move easily in (you will be on the therapy floor daily!) 
    • Night clothes 
    • A dressing gown 
    • Slippers (only if you normally wear them and flat style with a back) 
    • Trainers or similar footwear 
    • Outdoor footwear 
    • A warm waterproof coat 
    • Hat and some cosy gloves if you are staying with us during the winter months 
    • A sun hat, sunglasses, and your preferred sunscreen if you are staying with us in the summer months 
    • Toiletries 
    • iPad/phone/computer (we have free Wi-Fi)
    • Photos and personal items to decorate your room can help make your stay at Circle Rehabilitation feel more comfortable and personalised. 
  • Your meals

    Our dedicated chefs take pride in preparing freshly made meals tailored to your preferences and dietary requirements. 

    Once you are settled in, our chefs will have a chat with you to discuss your likes, dislikes, and any dietary restrictions or preferences you may have. This ensures that your meals are customised to meet your individual needs and preferences. 

    You'll enjoy three main meals each day, along with access to snacks if needed to keep you energised. You'll have the opportunity to dine in our leisure lounge or our café in the atrium.

  • Therapy timetable 

    We understand that each patient's journey is unique. Upon arrival, you will undergo a thorough assessment by our multidisciplinary team, which includes doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists.

    Based on this assessment, we will create a personalised care plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. This plan will be regularly reviewed and adjusted to ensure you are making progress and achieving the best possible outcomes. 

    A weekly timetable will then be provided with all your therapy sessions and downtime. This will be displayed in your room. A copy can be provided to you at your request to share with your family so they can see what you are doing.

  • 24/7 medical support

    Your health and safety are our top priorities. Circle Rehabilitation provides 24/7 medical support, ensuring that any medical needs or emergencies are promptly addressed.

    Our nursing staff is always available to assist you, and our on-site doctors are ready to provide medical care and consultations as needed.
