The Private Spinal Assessment is led by Selina Saunders, a member of our Physiotherapy team, who is a Musculoskeletal Specialist, and able to refer you for Diagnostic Imaging. This service includes an enhanced initial assessment Selina, and an onward plan of care for just £105.

Following this, if further investigation is deemed required, we will provide you with rapid access to Diagnostic Imaging and a review of your condition with Consultant Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon Mr Andrew Hilton.

Your initial assessment

• This will be a in-depth assessment with our Musculoskeletal Clinical Specialist Selina Saunders
• A patient history will be taken, and physical and neurological examination will be carried out
• An opportunity for you to discuss any concerns and ask questions
• Please bring a list of current medications and relevant past medical history

If further investigation is required

• If a scan is recommended this will be discussed at your initial assessment and you will have the option to book this on the same day. Please note patients requiring an MRI scan are subject to safety screening. Alternative imaging will be discussed with a Consultant if an MRI scan is not appropriate for your care, but this will be for an additional charge.

Follow-up appointment

• Once your results are available, we will see you again to explain the findings. At this session we will discuss your results.

If you are paying for yourself, we can usually offer an upfront cost which you can then choose to pay in full or access one of our easy payment options.
